• How do I place an order with Order Business Checks.com?

You may complete the online ordering process and submit it to Order Business Checks.com over the Internet. It is safe and secure.

We recommend ordering online to ensure a faster turnaround, and avoid spelling errors, typos, Etc. orders submitted true our website are usually processed before order submitted over the phone.

Phone orders are welcome, Telephone orders can be placed Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Call toll free 877-904-9133.

• How do I re-order checks on line?

For instructions on how to place your re-order online, click for reorder instruction.

• How long does it take to print the checks?

Standard processing and printing generally takes 24-48 Hours, if you need the checks sooner; we offer an in-plant rush that will ensure the checks to be shipped the same day. This selection may be made on the more options tab, (the last option on the order form).

• I just opened an account with my bank. What documentation do I need to order checks?

You may place your order online as long as the information you provide matches what your bank has on file. Please have one of your checks you are presently using, not a deposit slip (the routing number on the deposit slip may be different from the check, in front of you for reference to help assure prompt fulfillment of your order.

Reorder Checks

The fastest way to reorder checks is by signing in to your account and clicking on the ReOrder Checks link on the top of the website. You can also reorder checks by calling Customer Service at: 1-877-904-9133.

• How to find your Previous Order or Invoice No.

The order number may be found on your order confirmation email or letter you have received while ordering, or most probably was in the box on the packaging slip. (The order & invoice number are the same number)

On computer checks the order Number, may be found on the bottom left of the check starting with 60.

If you have your Google or PayPal order number you can use that as well.

If you cannot find the order number give us a call at 800-385-1363 or send us an email to Sales@OrderBusinessChecks.com requesting your order number or submit the contact us form.

• First Line Printed at Company or personal Name

Please Enter the First Line Printed at the Company or personal Name on the checks you previously ordered,
if the first line is STARTS With a DBA just enter the DBA.

The Purpose of the first line is if you ordered checks for two different companies and you have one order number, it should be easy to reorder checks for both companies at the same time.

If you are reordering personal checks with a personal name for example: “David Davidson” enter “David Davidson”.

• Account Number

Enter the bank account Number, from the check or deposit slip you reordering.

The reason why we need you to enter the account number is to make sure, if you ordered checks for one company, for your operating account and payroll account, and you have one order number, it should be easy to reorder checks for both companies at the same time.

• Starting Number

Enter The next Check Starting Number. (not the starting number we started at the last order)

• Reverse Numbering

If you add the checks to the printer face down select "reverse collate" feature that will package your checks so they are collated from highest to lowest check number. This will save you time when you are printing - and prevent wasted checks - because you will not have to manually reshuffle the checks so that they print in the correct numerical order.

• Reordering Deposit Slips

The same for deposit slips, Enter the First Line Printed at the Company or personal Name on the deposit slips you previously ordered, if the first line is STARTS With a DBA just enter the DBA.

• How long does it take for me to get the proof of the checks?

Once you have placed your order, you should get it within 1 business day.

• How long does it take to print the checks?

• How can I get my order even faster?

Our standard service is quite fast. For most products we ship your order within 24-48 Hours after you order, (If you request a proof by email after you approve the Proof),. In most parts of the country, that means you will have your order in about 2-10 days. If you want to receive your order faster, select our faster Processing option(will expedite only the Processing in plant, or upgraded shipping options when you place your order.

• How to expedite the shipping?

Our standard shipping methods what we use is ups ground 3-5 business days and USPS priority mail (3-7 Days, However you can choose to expedite the shipping at checkout.

• How long will it take to get my order?

Most jobs will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you order, or if you request a proof by email after you approve the checks,. Please check the specific product ordering page for available turnaround times. Shipping by ups ground takes from 1 to 7 business days to get to you depending on your location.
