Getting a refund on your order
If there are any discrepancies with the production of your business checks, we will be happy to make any necessary corrections at no additional cost. All you need to do is provide us with details of the discrepancies and we will do the rest. None of the other details on the checks will be changed, just the part that needs to be corrected
Returning your order
If you need to return your order, you must ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging along with the order number details for the items being returned. You will also need a returns authorization number, which you can obtain by calling a member of the team. This authorization number is necessary in order for your return to be processed, so please ensure it is clearly visible on the outside of your return package. If correct order numbers are not provided by the customer, orderbusinesschecks.com cannot be held liable for any subsequent errors. Therefore, no further corrections can be made at the expense of orderbusinesschecks.com.
You must also address any issues with your order within thirty days of receipt. Any orders that are returned outside of this thirty-day period will not be eligible for refund/corrections.
Return postage costs
orderbusinesschecks.com is unable to refund the cost of return postage unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect order being sent out or discrepancies during production process). If the return is due to an error on our side, we will refund the cost of return postage. Also, we cannot take responsibility for additional costs incurred as the result of using a more expensive shipping method.
Items that are missing from your order
If you find that there are any items missing when your order is received, please get in touch with us right away. We will need to take the order and invoice numbers from you so that we can check the details of the order. We will then make a note of the missing items and get them dispatched to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
*If an order has a specific “in hands” date, a proof may delay production, thus jeopardizing your chances of receiving the order in a timely manner. We will not be held responsible for any resulting delays on these orders.
Proofs are not intended to be ‘decision making tools’ for the customer. Upon receiving a proof request we will work with any changes until the proof has been approved. Once the proof has been approved new shipping and delivery dates will be issued. If during the proofing process a request for cancellation is submitted, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted. The cancellation fee is only applied if a proof has been already generated by the art team. When no proof is requested, please ensure that the artwork/logo that you are submitting is completely error free.
In the event an order is printed with an incorrectly submitted artwork/logo, Branders will not be held responsible for your oversight, and payment in full will be valid for the completed work. You may request a redo; however it will be at your expense.
